THE WORK:
* Research emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices across sales, marketing, and customer service to support the development of client insights and project deliverables.
* Contribute to projects for international clients by supporting the design, implementation, and improvement of sales, marketing, or customer service initiatives, with guidance from more experienced team members.
* Assist teams in analyzing current business processes and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and business performance.
* Support transformation and optimization initiatives related to digital/tech platforms, customer journeys, and operational processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to different business areas in a global environment.
* Participate in project activities using both classic and agile ways of working, while building your foundational consulting and project management skills.
* Continuously develop your knowledge in areas such as marketing, commerce and service, and emerging technologies including AI and automation
Flexible work model:
We deliver most of our work remotely. However, the Global Network (GN SONG) way of working also involves client-facing advisory activities. Therefore, willingness to travel and work from client locations across Europe (and occasionally other locations), for short or longer assignments, is required.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Minimum Bachelor's degree (or close to completion).
* At least 6 months of experience (e.g. internships, student projects, junior roles) in business process analysis or requirements gathering. -> Initial experience (e.g. junior roles, internships, or student projects) in process analysis, optimization and requirements gathering, ideally within a business environment
* Very good English communication skills (C1 level) written and spoken, as you will work in an international environment.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
* Understanding of sales or customer service processes or sales funnel concepts
* Understanding of sales or customer service concepts (e.g. customer journeys, sales funnel).
* Familiarity with CRM or business platforms such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar tools.
* Very good knowledge of German language (at least B2 level)
* Interest in emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
