Overview The Junior General Ledger Accountant supports the General Ledger team in delivering accurate and timely accounting for the assigned market(s). In this role, you help ensure completeness and correctness of journal entries, reconciliations and month-end close activities, in line with local accounting standards, Publicis Groupe policies and internal procedures. You work closely with internal stakeholders and other finance teams to maintain high-quality reporting and compliance. Responsibilities Preparation or posting of manual journal entries (accruals, pre-paid releases, amortization, interest, treasury transactions), Ownership and maintenance of fixed assets register, Prepare monthly revaluation of bank balances, customers, suppliers and related accounts, Maintain IC reconciliation and manage IC mismatches on the monthly basis, Prepare Reporting packs for Groupe reporting, Load reports into Groupe reporting tool Hyperion (HFM), Review AR and AP balances and related accounts, Reconcile balance sheet accounts, Preparation and submission of foreign tax declarations to Tax Authorities (VAT), Handling statistics and other external reporting activities, Coordination of internal/external audit, Prepare management reports and analysis as needed, Close cooperation with internal clients (media houses & advertisement agencies) and other internal departments, Other tasks based on serving country requirements and supervisor's requests. Qualifications Higher education (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field English - minimum B2 (ability to work with documentation and communicate in an international environment) Good MS Excel skills (basic formulas, pivot tables as a plus) Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines (month-end timetable) Good analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to learn Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with internal stakeholders Experience in an international corporation is welcome. Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Higher education (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field English - minimum B2 (ability to work with documentation and communicate in an international environment) Good MS Excel skills (basic formulas, pivot tables as a plus) Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines (month-end timetable) Good analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to learn Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with internal stakeholders Experience in an international corporation is welcome
