Credit Risk Analyst with Portuguese

Your responsibilities would include:

* managing credit risk by performing risk assessments for new and existing customers and proactively flagging potential issues

* acting as a business partner and advisor for finance departments in HEINEKEN Operating Companies (the so-called OpCos)

* interacting with external credit agencies and OpCo departments to gather customer credit information

* preparing and presenting credit reports

* ensuring credit standards and rules are met on time and in full

* effectively collaborating with other departments (e.g. Sales, Collection, OpCo Finance, HGSS A&RM) to ensure smooth process delivery

* supporting and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives in collaboration with OpCos and HGSS, in line with HEINEKEN standards

* using strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

* overseeing or undertaking document preparation.

You are a good candidate if you have:

* a good oral and written command of English and Portuguese

* at least 1 year of experience in Order-to-Cash

* good analytical skills and strong attention to detail

* good communication skills

* strong and demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* the ability to operate AI agents (e.g. Copilot)

* experience in a multinational environment (including shared services centres).
