Customer Engagement Analyst

At Mercer Assessments, the Customer Engagement team is at the forefront of delivering stellar experiences to our clients. A fast moving, high performing team responsible for supporting client acquisition and support across the globe. As a Customer Engagement Analyst, you would be responsible for supporting clients and stakeholders of specific regions. This role requires quick thinking/decision making along with collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.

What you need to have:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar client support role
* Proactive self-starter/hustler, comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment, adept at managing multiple accounts in various stages
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, establishing trust with clients and team members
* Language required - English + German OR French
* Graduate/Post Graduate or Masters Degree
