HR Data Management Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of HR data across SAP SuccessFactors and connected platforms. Acting as a guardian of HR data, the role supports robust data governance, enables accurate reporting and insights, and works closely with HR data stewards and stakeholders to simplify, standardize, and continuously improve HR data processes.
You will:
* support and manage processes ensuring data quality in SAP SuccessFactors and data consistency across platforms
* perform data quality diagnostics, define rules for tool data synchronization (between core HR and other systems) and set up processes/governance for data correction in collaboration with other stakeholders
* work with and support HR data stewards on simplification/standardization of HR data
* perform KPI reporting, including collecting information from geographies and publishing in relevant BI Dashboards
* provide input to the design and quality of SAP SuccessFactors reports
* support SAP SuccessFactors HR Data Model, working with data owners to ensure data quality
* service-oriented mindset and customer centricity
* ability to understand and design efficient data flows
* understanding of HR data and associated processes
* technical skills and understanding of BI tools (Power BI) and similar
* ability to lead a small expert team
* ability to work in a highly matrixed international environment
* ability to explain SuccessFactors data model to non-technically minded colleagues
* understanding of system development life-cycle, software and database structures, testing cycles
* be able to document and ensure consistency of data management between systems
