Assistant Manager, Delegated Authority CoE, Data Analytics Wrocław, Poland Assistant Manager is accountable for the delivery of objectives designated by the Senior Management & company. This role also involves being responsible for the team members performance, productivity & effective work management. What you'll be DOING What will your essential responsibilities include? Managing the performance of a team Assessing feasibility of deliverables and timelines, risk assessment and mitigation Adopting innovative approaches to problem solving Driving process and operating efficiencies through continuous improvement Being accountable for all the team deliveries Providing support to all the managerial areas where required Creating and maintaining comprehensive process documentation Design & measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (SLA's/ KPI's) Creating fluid work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Providing support to the Senior Management Communicating with various business areas Managing, coaching, developing and motivating the team through effective people management practices in order to achieve the optimal performance contribution from each team member. Performing all the necessary administrative tasks required from the company & effective management perspective You will report to Deputy Manager, Delegated Authority CoE, Data Analytics. What you will BRING We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: University degree or quivalent professional experience Excellent English level (min.
