We are looking for a Demand Planning Executive to take ownership of forecasting and drive data-based decision making across Sales and Supply Chain.
This role goes beyond standard planning - you will actively shape forecasts, challenge assumptions, and influence business performance through insights and cross-functional collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

* 1+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Advanced Analytics
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business decisions
* Advanced MS Excel skills (Power Query / Power Pivot preferred)
* Experience with Power BI, SAP, or planning tools is a strong advantage
* Understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain processes
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent Polish and advanced English (C1)

YOUR TASKS:

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond reporting into true business partnering, with direct impact on planning quality, availability, and financial performance

Planning Ownership

* Own the end-to-end forecasting process (18-month horizon)
* Build and continuously improve forecast accuracy using data and trend analysis
* Translate business inputs (marketing activities, launches, promotions) into actionable plans

Performance & Risk Management

* Identify risks (OOS, overstock, slow movers) and proactively drive mitigation actions
* Monitor key KPIs (forecast accuracy, service level, inventory levels)
* Provide clear recommendations to stakeholders based on data insights

Cross-functional Leadership

* Act as a key partner for Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
* Align forecasts with supply constraints and business priorities
* Drive discussions and challenge inputs to ensure realistic and optimal planning

Systems & Continuous Improvement

* Improve planning tools, reports, and processes (Excel, Power BI, planning systems)
* Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure high data quality across systems
