Join our Artwork Hub in Warsaw as an Artwork Coordinator, where you will manage the end-to-end artwork process and ensure timely, compliant delivery of all artwork activities.
In this individual role, you will coordinate project timelines, handle approvals, resolve technical queries, and act as a key point of contact across global teams. You'll support process improvements and help strengthen data integrity within our artwork workflows. This position offers international collaboration and great opportunities to grow and develop.

Key responsibilities
* Deliver all artwork creation and approval activities, including creating project plans and timelines, assigning deliverables, tracking status, and managing escalations.
* Ensure GxP process compliance to provide accurate and on-time artwork.
* Act as a subject matter expert in the artwork management system and provide training and guidance to relevant functions.
* Manage the resolution of technical and Studio queries to meet project milestones.
* Attend project meetings and communicate with Studio counterparts as required.
* Act as a proxy for manufacturing sites or internal functions without direct access to the artwork management system.
* Support initiatives to improve data integrity across the end-to-end process, partnering with other functions as needed.
* Provide recommendations and business cases for procedural and service improvements, and support the implementation of process enhancements.
Your profile
* 2+ years of professional experience
* Experience in at least three of the following areas: artwork coordination, packaging design, external studio, printers, logistics, manufacturing, GxP processes, FMCG, or other related supply operations
* Experience with SAP or Veeva is highly regarded but not essential
* Ability to deliver operational excellence and coordinate complex tasks
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Project management capabilities, including issue mitigation and escalation
* Excellent communication skills
* Advanced English (C1 level); proficiency in other European languages will be considered an advantage

* Remuneration: 10 300 to 14 170 PLN gross/month, depending on the level of experience and competences.
