As an integrated body construction specialist, the company offers project business including plant engineering, toolmaking and prototype construction as well as the series production of body components from a single source. * In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, organising and managing staff travel arrangements at both national and international levels, whilst ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and taking financial considerations into account
* You will be ensuring the booking or, where necessary, rebooking/cancellation of hotels and transport, whilst comparing different offers
* You will be responsible for invoice verification in the travel sector
* You will prepare reports and analyses in the area of travel management and play a proactive role in process optimisation and cost reduction
* You will carry out general administrative tasks in the area of travel management
* You will guide staff through the process of requesting work equipment
* You will inform and advise travellers regarding specific conditions at their destination
* You will be involved in concluding framework agreements and procuring travel resources to improve purchasing terms
* You are interested in the further development of travel systems and have some experience in the digitalisation of travel processes

* You have a background in business or business administration, ideally with vocational training as an industrial clerk or a travel agent
* Initial professional experience, ideally in the corporate travel sector, is an advantage
* You have excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP
* You are characterised by your ability to work independently, your initiative and your strong attention to detail
* You enjoy working in an international team; strong teamwork skills and interpersonal skills come naturally to you
* You possess excellent organisational, assertiveness and implementation skills
* You enjoy travelling on business
* You have a good command of spoken and written German and English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
