Job Description:

MAIN TASKS:
Lead the project of implementation and ramp up of the Evaluation Center WEAR in Lousado (Building, Contracts, People, Cost Center, Operations, ESH and Quality);
Support the project of the Evaluation Center WEAR accreditation;
Responsible for creating synergies with Local ESH, MTE ,Plant Operations and with Evaluation Center Lousado (ENDURANCE);
Coordinate with world wide WEAR locations (including Test Method Development) the implementation of good practices in the new location

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's, or master's degree engineering,
* Good English skills (spoken/written) - minimum B2
* Good MS Suite knowledge
* Experience in Tire Business (at least 4 years)
* Experience in Tire Testing operations (at least 2 years)
* Experience in leading people
* Experience in Project Management and project team coordination
* Portuguese languages skills written and spoken is a plus
* High service orientation
* Expert communication and networking skills
* Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 20%)
