About the role:
As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our Accounts Receivable activities across Europe and North America. You will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, facilitating timely collections, resolving payment-related queries, and maintaining accurate financial records. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will help drive healthy cash flow, deliver excellent service, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

What you will do:
* Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection.
* Monitor customer accounts, identify overdue balances, and proactively follow up to facilitate timely payments.
* Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment disputes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Process and verify incoming payments, bank deposits, and other AR transactions while maintaining accurate financial records.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and internal inquiries related to payments, invoices, and account balances.
* Prepare and analyze AR reports, aging statements, and payment trends to support business decision-making and cash flow management.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, Service Level Agreements, and Essity policies while supporting audit activities.
* Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficient, high-quality service delivery within a collaborative matrix organization.

Who you are:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
* Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role and working with SAP.
* Strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Availability to work the following schedules: 10:00-19:00 (standard schedule) and 12:00-21:00 (once or twice per week).
* Additional language skills such as Dutch or French are considered an advantage.
* Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
