Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: Ukrainian speaking Content Moderator
Salary: 1059 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus free accomodation. Package without accomodation is 1248 euro p/m gross
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, 24/7.

We're looking for a Ukrainian-speaking Content Moderator to support a leading short-video social media platform. In this role, you'll help maintain platform integrity by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will:
* Review videos, images, comments, posts, and audio content
* Identify and remove content that violates platform policies
* Moderate user interactions and appeals
* Classify and label content accurately
* Monitor compliance with legal and platform standards
* Report moderation trends and recurring issues
Please note that this role involves reviewing user-generated content that may include sensitive material such as violence, adult content, offensive language, fake news, disturbing or graphic content etc.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Ukrainian
* Good command of English
* This is 24x7 operation which requires you to do a mix of day and night shifts
* Have attention to detail
