We are looking for a Supervisor to support the retail department at the new BOSS store in Freeport Alcochete. This role is essential to ensure operational excellence on a day-to-day basis, making sure that brand standards are met, supporting the management team, and guaranteeing a premium customer experience.
* 40 hours per week
* 5 working days, 8 hours per day
* Rotating schedule
* Permanent position
Expected start date: March 2026.

What you can expect:

* Be present on the shop floor, ensuring the implementation of the brand's visual and operational standards.
* Monitor the team during customer service, ensuring a premium level of service.
* Ensure the organization of the sales floor and proper replenishment of products.
* Support the management team in the implementation of procedures and the ongoing training of the team.
* Act as an operational point of reference, resolving immediate situations in the store.

Your profile:

* Previous experience in operational roles in retail, preferably in premium fashion.
* Strong focus on detail and quality.
* Ability to communicate and exert a positive influence within the team.
* Availability to work flexible hours.
* Fluency in English (mandatory).
