Overview We are hiring a Paid Social Account Manager to help shape how a globally recognised travel and hospitality brand shows up across social platforms. This role sits at the heart of regional delivery, where strategy, craft and performance come together to drive meaningful impact across multiple markets. You'll work alongside talented specialists across Europe and North Africa, contributing to campaigns that balance brand building with measurable growth. Responsibilities What you'll be doing Owning the planning and activation of paid social campaigns across brand and performance objectives. Managing delivery across multiple markets within a centralised regional model. Partnering closely with clients, building trusted relationships through clear communication and thoughtful recommendations. Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams across media, creative, data and technology. Using insight and measurement to optimise campaigns and identify opportunities for growth. Supporting and guiding junior team members through delegation, feedback and shared problem-solving. Contributing to innovation across platforms, formats and approaches to keep campaigns effective and relevant. Qualifications Skills we're looking for Experience working in paid social, with exposure to more than one major social platform. Confidence planning and activating large-scale social campaigns for both brand and performance goals. Comfort managing deadlines and priorities across multiple workstreams. Strong stakeholder communication skills, including presenting ideas and performance clearly. Experience supporting or managing others, with a collaborative and inclusive approach. Familiarity with media buying, tracking and analytics tools used in paid social. A solution-focused mindset, with curiosity and openness to learning new platforms and approaches.
