Job Description:

ROLE OVERVIEW
* Job Title: Laboratory Analyst
* Job Type: Permanent
* Location: Middlesborough
* Hours: 13 hours per week
* Shift: Monday 1.30pm to 4pm / Tuesday to Thursday 3pm to 4pm / Friday 8am to 4pm
* Salary: £8,666.32 pa
* Industry: Consumer & Products

* Preparation, analysis and reporting of samples for asbestos via SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope)
* Accurate identification of asbestos fibers via SEM
* Timely processing of samples and production

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a real interest in laboratory techniques
Essential Experience
* Working safely in a lab or production environment
* Conducting other related asbestos work such as fibre counting
* Minimum GCSE Chemistry
