OVERVIEW:

At Gymshark, production sits at the heart of how we bring bold creative ideas to life. As Executive Producer, you'll lead a talented team responsible for delivering industry-defining brand campaigns across multiple touchpoints. You'll help turn ambitious concepts into impactful, world-class work that builds brand love and moves the business forward. This role is for a natural leader who thrives on developing people, shaping culture and driving creative excellence.
This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

* Leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale brand campaigns, from concept through to final output
*
Partnering with Brand Leadership to translate vision into effective production strategies and outputs
*
Setting the operational tone for the team, championing best practice, clarity and accountability
*
Resourcing projects by assigning the right producers and partners based on skillset and complexity
*
Collaborating cross-functionally to align creative, marketing and production approaches
* Owning vendor relationships, negotiations and production partner performance
*
Managing relationships with external vendors, freelancers and production partners
* Guiding teams through high-pressure moments with a solutions-focused, calm and decisive approach
*
Overseeing award entries and case studies to showcase the team's creative impact internally and externally WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* Proven experience as a Senior Producer or Executive Producer within fashion, lifestyle or creative agency environments
* A strong track record delivering large-scale productions, both independently and with external agencies
* Demonstrated experience managing producers, including development plans and performance improvement
* Deep understanding of brand storytelling and integrated campaign development
* Expert knowledge of production budgeting, scheduling, workflows and vendor management
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
* Experience working across post-production and technical delivery requirements
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, Monday or LetsFlo
* A passion for fashion, culture and design, with instinct for nurturing creative talent
This position requires a minimum of 3-days onsite at our Solihull HQ
