HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Maison Alaïa is recruiting a Barista for its café located within its boutique in London.
Inspired by the spirit of Maison Alaïa, the café is designed as a calm and elegant space where clients are invited to relax and enjoy a refined experience combining hospitality and excellence.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated barista with a positive attitude, who will embody the Maison's values and deliver an exceptional client experience.
* Preparing coffee to a high standard of quality
* Providing outstanding and personalized customer service
* Operating the till and handling payments
* Following food safety and hygiene standards
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* Previous specialty coffee experience, ideally with milk steaming and latte art skills
* Confidence in dialing coffee machines, weighing espresso, and following recipes
* Passion for hospitality
* Reliable, hard-working, with a positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop new techniques and be multi-tasks
* Confident in engaging with clients
* Supportive team player
* Excellent presentation
