We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Resident Service Engineer to represent Kanadevia Inova on-site at the Indaver Rivenhall IWMF in Braintree, Essex and oversee the successful execution of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA). This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong client-facing and contract management skills to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations.
Because we need someone to hit the ground running, you must have experience of EFW / large scale biomass plants in a cross functional role, ideally having exposure to both maintenance and operations activities, this could be part of an O&M team, plant / operational or maintenance management position or even a warranty type role.
Key Responsibilities (non-exhaustive):
* Represent Kanadevia Inova's interests on the client site, delivering LTSA obligations safely and efficiently.
* Plan, manage, and deliver annual outages, maintenance activities, and emergent repair works.
* Coordinate with the client on operational, maintenance, and emergency procedures while ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
* Monitor site activities for safety, environmental, and operational compliance; support investigations of incidents or near-misses.
* Provide technical support, equipment guidance, and maintenance advice to the client, ensuring LTSA deliverables align with contractual requirements.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Must have experience of EFW / large scale biomass plants in a cross functional role, ideally having exposure to both maintenance and operations activities, this could be part of an O&M team, plant / operational or maintenance management position or even a warranty type role
* Proven experience managing LTSAs or similar service contracts, with strong technical and commercial understanding.
* Solid background in outage planning, execution, and contractor management.
* Strong working knowledge of HSEQ regulations and safety leadership in an industrial environment.
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; confident liaising with clients and stakeholders.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
