Overview

We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our Grocery crisps, snacks and nuts team.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the relationship of one of our key customers while delivering our annual operating plan.

Responsibilities

* Own the customer trading relationship and execute deep contact strategies to integrate and establish PepsiCo as a key strategic partner.
* Lead a best in class cross functional team across Category Management, Finance, Shopper Marketing, Merchandising, eComm & Supply Chain to maximise performance through world class customer engagement.
* Responsible for building and executing our customer joint business plan and PepsiCo annual operating plan.
* Execution of marketing programmes, NPD and base initiatives; in line with internal expectations.
* Utilise trade investment efficiently through effective negotiation that maximises ROI and efficiency.
* Manage the internal forecasting and invoicing process.
Qualifications

* Prior success in a national accounts/commercial role in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong commercial acumen - understanding the levers to drive growth and how to implement them.
* Strong drive for results with a desire to succeed.
* Builds fantastic customer relationships across multiple functions.
* Influencing and negotiation skills: ability to drive agenda within both customer and PepsiCo environment.
* Excellent communication skills: engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
* Well-developed analytical skills, combined with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
