Job Opportunity: Factory Project Manager
Location: Hybrid, Birstall
Segment: Pet Nutrition
Job Type: 2-Year Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Factory Project Manager to drive the delivery of our most critical and complex business initiatives. This role is designed for a high-impact professional who can move fluidly between different functional areas, leading cross-functional teams to execute high-stakes projects with precision.

Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and guide high-performing project teams, providing clear direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Act as the primary problem-solver, identifying bottlenecks early and implementing creative solutions to keep projects on track.
* Track and monitor projects meticulously, from the initial "New Product Development" (NPD) phase all the way through to final execution and post-launch review.
* Ensure all milestones are met on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standard.
* Develop and nurture collaborative relationships across the business.
* Navigate organizational complexity with ease, knowing how to get things done in a cross-functional matrix environment.

About You
* A Higher Education Degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
* Experience in Project and Process Management - desirable
* The ability to build, motivate, and lead effective project teams from the ground up.
* The ability to develop deep, collaborative relationships across all stakeholder levels and diverse project teams.
* High level of proactiveness and willingness to take responsibility.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
