You'll make a difference by…
* Planning, coordinating, supervising and performing maintenance, installation, calibration and validation activities across customer sites throughout the UK.
* Ensuring the highest standards of site safety by developing, reviewing and implementing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and ensuring compliance at all times.

* Supporting, guiding and motivating site teams, ensuring work is completed efficiently, documentation is accurate, and colleagues have the practical support they need to succeed.
What you'll need to succeed…
* Experience in a site-based service, maintenance, installation or engineering environment, ideally with responsibility for supervising activities and supporting colleagues on site.
* A strong understanding of railway site safety, safe systems of work, and experience creating, reviewing or working with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks and coordinate multiple site activities effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse information, identify priorities and collaborate with others to resolve issues.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by strong IT proficiency including Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
* A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel extensively to customer sites across the UK.
