The department manager is responsible for leading and managing a team within the Men's and Women's RTW as well as Baby Dior, ensuring the highest level of client experience and product expertise. They focus on team support, coaching, recruitment, development and training; and driving business for the department to achieve the sales targets retain clients and develop new ones.

Previous management retail experience ideally in the luxury goods Expertise in Women's & Men's RTW, and Baby Apparel Excellent communication and relationship building skills Outstanding sense of customer service, sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity A passion for Christian Dior and our collections Strong knowledge of fashion and trends Fluency in a second language (preferred)
