Junior HR Business Partner
Location: Swindon and London
Salary: Up to £50,000

About the role
As Junior HR Business Partner, you will provide operational and strategic HR support across a range of people matters. You will partner with managers, support employee relations activity, contribute to HR projects, and help drive a high-performing and inclusive culture.

This role offers a blend of business partnering, advisory support, and project work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build strong generalist HR experience in a commercial environment.

Key responsibilities
* Partner with managers across the business to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support
* Advise on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinaries, grievances, and capability
* Support organisational change activity, restructures, and workforce planning where required
* Work with managers to support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement
* Contribute to the delivery of HR initiatives, policies, and projects aligned to business goals
* Use HR data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making
* Support the annual HR cycle, including performance reviews, salary reviews, and people planning
* Promote best practice and ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across both Swindon and London offices

About you
We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, people-focused, and eager to develop their HR business partnering career.

You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor, Junior HRBP, or similar generalist HR role
* Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Experience managing employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to influence and challenge constructively
* A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
* Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment
* CIPD qualification or working towards it would be advantageous
