We are looking for a Senior Sales Leader who can drive growth of (COMPANY NAME)'s Power Platform in the market.

This is a new and exciting role in the UK Business Applications leadership team. This will be the first time our Low Code experts will come together in to a single community, providing an opportunity for greater focus and growth in our business. The Business Applications team forms part of the UK Solutions Business Unit, the new business engine of (COMPANY NAME).

(COMPANY NAME)'s Power Platform is a game changer for Business Innovation, as the modern business environment is constantly evolving and presenting new challenges and opportunities. Organisations need to be agile, adaptable, and innovative to stay ahead of the competition and meet the changing needs of their customers and stakeholders.

As a senior sales leader, you will build and lead a team of high performing Sales and Technical Sales Specialists who are responsible for driving thought leadership and customer engagement around (COMPANY NAME)'s Power Platform.

* You will coach and empower the team to effectively engage C-Suite level stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with both Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) in our top customers.

* You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that will help your team build and close pipeline that aligns to a customers' end-to-end business transformation.

* You will have a deep understanding of the Low Code, No Code value proposition and the competitive landscape and use this to collaborate and coach other (COMPANY NAME) teams (M365, Azure, Security) on an end to end (COMPANY NAME) proposition that encompasses the Power Platform.

* You will model the desired behaviours of acting with integrity, upholding (COMPANY NAME) culture and values, and delivering business results with high levels of sales discipline and business forecast accuracy

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Several years technology-related sales experience
* Several years people management experience.
* Sales leadership experience within:
* Low Code or Application Development technologies as well as commercial cloud offerings, ideally including (COMPANY NAME)'s cloud platform as well as competitors and related ecosystems.
* Business value selling methodologies, practices and technologies that drive sales prospecting and sales management in complex solution selling environments (e.g. Design Thinking, Business Value Engineering, Challenger sales etc.).
