Main Duties
Operational
* Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
* He works closely with the Restaurant Manager.
* Implements F&B's strategy in the operation of entrusted centers.

* Monitors the standards of service and food and beverage in the Outlet; works with assistant store managers and the chef in the kitchen to take corrective action if necessary.
* It carries out frequent and thorough inspections together with Chef de Cuisine of the operation of food and beverage stores.
* It often verifies that only fresh products are used in the preparation of food and drinks.

* It regularly monitors the Guest Satisfaction Survey report to ensure that a minimum benchmark score is achieved, analyzes results, and prepares and implements appropriate action plans to achieve continuous improvement year after year.

* Ensures that all hotel, corporate and local rules, policies and regulations regarding financial record keeping, money management and licensing are complied with, including timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
* Assists in inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.
* Proactively manages all costs.
* It helps in the maintenance of the point of sale system.
* To ensure that all sales are properly recorded, in accordance with the prescribed procedures for issuing, cancelling or correcting output controls.
* Supervises the proper use and safety of the cashiers/waiters/waitresses of the floats.
* Assists in inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets, including inventory vapor creation, facility care and maintenance, and inventory as needed.
* He assumes responsibility for resolving discrepancies in the beverage inventory and settling bills.

Training & Development

Personnel
* Assists in the recruitment and selection of all employees in the food and beverage industry; follows the hotel's guidelines in recruitment and uses a competency-based approach when selecting staff.
* It ensures the accuracy and appearance of all employees in the food and beverage industry in the store, makes sure they wear the right uniform and maintains a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene in accordance with the standards of care for the hotel and department.
* It maximizes employee effectiveness by developing each of their skills and abilities through appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
* Conducts annual performance development discussions with employees and supports them in their professional development goals.
* It assists in the development of departmental trainers through ongoing feedback and monthly meetings.
* It plans and implements effective training programs for employees in coordination with the training manager and department trainers.
* It prepares and publishes weekly work plans and ensures that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators.
* It encourages employees to be creative and innovative, demanding and appreciates them for their contribution to the success of the operation.
* It supports the strengthening of Hyatt's values.
* It ensures that all employees fully understand and comply with the rules and regulations of employees.
* It ensures that employees comply with all hotel, corporate and local rules, policies and regulations regarding fire safety and safety and safety from danger.

Marketing

Administration
* It ensures that in-store food and beverage activities are in line with relevant corporate strategies and that hotel actions are carried out if necessary.
* Prepares and updates department operations manuals.
* Conducts regular communication briefings and department meetings.
* They attend weekly meetings of food and beverage leaders and departments as scheduled.
* Conducts pre-shift briefings and regular communication meetings, ensuring that they are effective and conducted as needed.
* Maintains and uses other departmental and employee communication channels, such as bulletin boards, diaries, handover messages, etc.
* Provides detailed product specifications for items used in the store to the Materials Management Department.

Other Duties
* Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
* Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations.
* Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt International.
* Maintains strong, professional relationship with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations.
* Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and has an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to computer resources, fire, hygiene, health and safety.
* Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

* Responds to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
