Requirements and Documentation Specialist (f/m/d)

Our Team (seated in DE) of 11 colleagues is in the Business Segment Commuter and Regional responsible in bids for requirement management and documentation management and in projects for requirement management, validation management and test management. At the moment we are looking for new member (junior/medior) for our team (seated in CZ). Sounds good for you? See the details mentioned below.
Key responsibilities:
* In your new role, you will be responsible for the complete capture and tracking of all internal and external requirements in the respective offers for our commuter rail vehicles.
* You will be responsible for managing requirements using a requirements management tool, supporting the users of this application, and enabling the creation of project-specific reports and metrics.
* In addition, you will independently coordinate the delivery of the required documents specified in the customer tender for each offer and coordinate them with all involved partners.
* You will ensure that all documents are delivered on time.
* You will support the respective bid manager as a partner (m/f/d) with your expertise, but you will also work independently and be named in the project's organizational structure.
* You will provide regular reports to the bid management and line supervisors.
* Furthermore, you will ensure that the interfaces related to cross-cutting issues in your area of responsibility are coordinated to ensure smooth processing.
* You will communicate with many owners of these requirements every day. The owners are mostly engineers with a wide range of responsibilities on the final train design. You will also work independently on administrative tasks in your area of expertise.
Requirements:
* You have successfully completed master's or bachelor's degree (technical is an advantage).
* You have first experiences in project management.
* You already have a solid knowledge of MS-Excel and programming skills (VBA).
* You are proficient in using MS Office applications, as well as SAP and common operating systems.
* Personally, you demonstrate initiative, learning and analytical skills, as well as assertiveness and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics.
* As you will be working in an international project environment, you communicate effectively in English, and knowledge of German would be an advantage
