What you'll be doing: Serve as the expert and primary contact for all data privacy (DP) and AI compliance matters. Support the review and update of data privacy and AI compliance processes to ensure legal adherence. Promote awareness of data privacy and AI compliance through training and internal communication. Monitor and oversee AXA Partners' data processing activities, information systems, and personal data security needs. Conduct privacy and AI risk assessments; develop mitigation plans for identified risks Assist in monitoring data privacy controls, processes, and reporting, including data deletion procedures Support communication with data protection authorities in CEE countries incl. reporting of breaches in data privacy area Handle data subject's submissions What you'll bring: University degree in the law faculty Qualified lawyer with at least 1-2 year of practical experience with law's application Practical data privacy experience (desirable) Knowledge and interest in AI and its impact on data and privacy (desirable) Effective communication skills in Czech and English for all management levels Ability to manage relationships across teams, entities, and countries Strong time management skills to meet deadlines Curiosity and willingness to learn about data privacy and AI topics Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail What we offer: At AXA Partners, we're appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
