What we're looking for:
TheCommunication and Engagement Specialistis responsible for creating, implementing, and continuously improving the internal environment and culture. The goal is to foster motivation, development, and a positive workplace atmosphere.
What you'll be doing:
* People Engagement & Culture Leadership
* Maintain team motivation through various initiatives
* Promote company culture
* Organize events and activities
* Collaborate with teams to implement recognition initiatives
* Measure and improve employee satisfaction
* Learning programs
* Oversee the evolution and results of learning strategy
* Organize training sessions and introduce new courses
* Maximize cost savings and measure success with KPIs
* Coordinate with Learning Plans for internal training needs
* Internal & External Communication
* Ensure transparent and timely internal communication
* Update presentations and organize informational meetings
* Create engaging content for LinkedIn
* Increase visibility through participation in events
* Onboarding & Integration
* Facilitate onboarding for new employees
* Conduct regular check-ins with newcomers
* Organize annual internships
* Administrative Support
* Support local platforms and finance-related processes
* Balance departmental needs with procurement
* Quality Assurance
* Adhere to internal policies and report suspected fraud

What you need to know/have:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Strong knowledge of the Romanian IT and automation market
* Financial and business planning skills
* Excellent communication and digital marketing skills
* Deep understanding of complex IT organizations
* Teamwork and collaboration abilities
