In our UI / UX & Front-end Technologies Competence Center you will find 60+ Web developers, with a healthy mix of seniority, passionate about Angular, React, Polymer, Vue.js, Nest.js and the list goes on, as we try to offer customized solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Some of the services we cover include: Web Development, Mobile Apps (PWA), AEM and other Content Management Systems Development, Web Systems Integrations, UI/UX Design. You will join a cross-functional team delivering modern, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions for web and mobile platforms. Our focus is on building user-centric interfaces that combine strong architectural foundations with excellent user experience. The UI Architect plays a key role in shaping front-end architecture, driving best practices, and ensuring alignment between design, technology, and business goals within agile delivery environments.

What you'll be doing

* Design and implement scalable, reusable, and efficient front-end architectures for web and mobile applications.
* Develop high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences.
* Collaborate closely with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, high-quality UI components.
* Work with product managers and back-end developers to align UI solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
* Act as a technical advisor for UI and front-end architecture decisions across projects.
* Establish and enforce front-end coding standards, guidelines, and best practices.
* Conduct code reviews and optimize UI performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
* Support testing activities by implementing robust testing strategies and resolving UI-related defects and performance issues.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end teams, guiding developers in implementing UI solutions and resolving technical challenges.
* Stay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, front-end technologies, and frameworks, and proactively recommend improvements.

What you'll bring along

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a UI Architect, Senior Front-End Developer, or in a similar role.
* Extensive hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
* Experience with state management solutions (e.g. Redux, MobX).
* Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
* Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and front-end performance optimization.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and back-end integration.
* Experience with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g. Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn).
* Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git).
* Experience working in agile environments; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, agile teams and provide technical leadership.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English.
