This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office 2 days work from home model.

The purpose of the role is to implement engineering solutions, under supervision, on industrial process automation projects in industries like: Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Specialty Chemicals, for: Process Control, Safety Instrumented Systems, Human Machine Interface, System / Network Design and support and Hardware Design.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensures that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule and budget) are in place prior to commencing work.
* Executes work assignment under close supervision at the appropriate standards and quality:
* Control: DCS (C300 controller, Control Edge PLCs, HPM) implementation.
* Safety: SIS (ESD, BMS, F&G) logic implementation using Safety Manager and Fail Safe Controller.
* HMI: Creation of HMI displays, HMI dynamic and static shapes / objects and faceplates, migration of displays from old releases to new ones, etc.
* Hardware: DCS, SIS, marshalling, PLC, Server, Network, System cabinet drawings, I/O allocation, System Architecture, Power and Heat calculation, loop drawings, etc.
* The engineer makes sure the scope and schedule are understood and followed.
* Reports progress and technical problems and / or changes to project lead engineer or Project Manager. Participates to Kick Off Meetings, internal FATs, FATs, SATs, Commissioning, and start-up.

WE VALUE
* Applicants are required to be either pursuing a Master of Science Degree or to have obtained one no more than a year ago, in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. Preferred specializations: Automation and Computers, Informatics, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Electronics.
* Fluent in English communication
* Knowledgeable in Information Technology
* Strong diagnostic and analytical skills including problem solving, trouble shooting, management of priorities and self-direction
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & Access package

* Strong communication skills to work with colleagues and customers from many nationalities.
