We are seeking a talented individual to join our Darwin Origin Delivery team at Darwin Technologies, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will support the implementation and ongoing configuration of the Darwin™ platform for global clients. You will work within a delivery squad to validate end-to-end configurations, execute manual testing, and help ensure clients realise value from our technology through robust, quality releases. Training and accreditation on the Darwin™ platform will be provided.
We will count on you to:
* Adhere to QA methodology and internal working procedures to ensure the quality of delivered products.
* Determine scope of testing, develop and execute medium-level test cases and scenarios based on internal ways of working.
* Log, track and validate defects clearly and constructively through the full defect lifecycle; verify fixes and confirm requirements are met.
* Perform regression testing on basic and medium builds and test new features on Launchpad.
* Use Jira for project tracking and ensure project quality gates are followed throughout the testing phase.
* Provide regular status updates to your lead, proactively flag delays or blockers, and contribute to team meetings and knowledge-sharing.
What you need to have:
* At least 1 year of relevant experience (quality assurance/quality control/reporting/data analysis/EU projects/IT support or similar) with demonstrable QA exposure.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse information and make decisions.
* Basic knowledge of software testing processes, defect management and QA methodologies.
* Good communication and organisational skills; MS Excel (intermediate); English (C1) and Romanian (C1).
