Supporting Sales Team with sales performance analysis and Commercial metrics calculation within all service products, segments, and portfolios. Providing policy and process support to sales team on CRM tool utilization.

Early Career Trainee - Sales Analytics & Performance

This entry-level role is part of the Early Career Trainee Program and is well suited for candidates who prefer structured, data-focused work with regular reporting tasks.
In this role you will support the Sales team through analytics, performance tracking, and data accuracy. It involves working primarily with reports, numbers, and systems but also you will have direct customer interaction.

Key responsibilities
* Support sales performance analysis and calculation of commercial metrics
* Analyze actual sales results versus targets
* Prepare regular reports by product and segment
* Support data accuracy and reporting in the CRM system
* Review and correct reports and dashboards
* Participate in process improvement activities

Requirements
* Completed higher education
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis
* Experience working with Power BI or other basic reporting / visualization tools
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with data, analysis, and routine tasks
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* English at intermediate level or higher
