Обязанности:

* Investment project support: Leading and supporting the development of investment projects (new products, capacity expansion, localization) at all stages of the preparation process for approval.

* Strategic planning: Strategic development is aimed at optimizing the production network of the Dairy business in Russia and BCCA to reduce operating costs, PT/logistics, MOH and sales costs.

* Stakeholders' management: Support sponsors, key stakeholders and senior management in decision making by providing a complete and accurate forecast of Supply Chain resources. Actively involve them in the process of assessing business scenarios and interim KPI analysis.

* Cost Optimization: Developing and implementing projects and strategies to improve productivity and effective planning to achieve supply chain management and product optimization goals.

* Project and team management: Forming cross-functional project teams in a matrix structure, leading projects to optimize and expand the Dairy category business, developing team members and creating an effective working environment to achieve strategic goals.
Требования:

* Supply Chain Management Expertise: Deep understanding and practical experience in all aspects of supply chains.

* Experience in operations: work with supply chain operational processes, to see and solve problems "from the inside".

* Experience in transformation projects: managing complex supply chain transformation projects.

* Experience in engineering & MFG

* Stakeholders' management experience

* Performance Focus: Experience developing, implementing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to improve performance
