Обязанности:

* Drive identification of E2E cost efficiency opportunities - from raw materials and manufacturing through to distribution and overheads
* Co-own and run the Cost Transformation Office: HCM/FAST governance, pipeline management, and performance tracking
* Partner with the teams to build robust business cases and turn ideas into funded, delivered initiatives
* Provide clear, concise reporting to senior leadership on cost transformation progress and value delivered
* Benchmark against external best practice and bring fresh perspectives on where we can do more with less
* Support a culture of cost consciousness - helping teams see efficiency as an enabler, not a constraintТребования:

* 6-10 years in cost management, strategic finance, operations, or management consulting
* Track record of identifying and delivering cost savings in complex, matrixed organisations
* Comfort working across the P&L - not just one cost line
* Strong analytical and out-of-the-box thinking - you see patterns others miss
* Skilled at influencing and building credibility with senior stakeholders
* Clear communicator who can simplify complexity without losing rigour
* Collaborative, curious, and energised by solving problems that span functions
