Обязанности:

* Provide strategic management, unification and performance of Quality Control Laboratories in SPO1 RUBCCA sites for all product categories Beverages, Juice, Snacks, Dairy:
- Lab Analytical Excellence:
* Setting the agenda and performance indicators KPIs;
* Develop and deploy the Analytical excellence program for the standardization and unification of laboratory platform (lab software, lab equipment, lab ware, chemicals, methods and testing program, licensing) across all categories in SPO1 RUBCCA;
* Ensure Lab standards execution on SPO1 RUBCCA sites;
- Lab Capability by:
* Leading lab IPS (Integrated PepsiCo Specifications) audits : development and annual updating of IPS requirements, IPS audits planning, participation in audits as an leading auditor, analysis of results, development of corrective actions and ensure its implementation);
* Building competency model & development activities for site QCFS teams;
Development and providing the functional trainings with collaboration with RUBCCA FSQA Analytical Center;
* Search for innovative control methods in available markets to accelerate and improve and unify control methods and efficiency;
* Provide QCFS SME in development and implementation of MCPs (Manufacturing Control Plan) including establish and validation new analytical methods, Process Quality Control points and roll out in collaboration with FSQA, using best practice and approaches from PepsiCo;
* Ensure robust Proficiency skills of site Quality teams in physio-chemical, organoleptic, microbiological control by participating in the program of comparison tests, mastering new research methods. Ensure regular CAPA for deviations and their improvement;
* Ensure the competencies growth of site Quality & Food Safety teams by leading the "Quality" block in the DCMS (Dairy Capability Management System);
* Communicate with the Global \ Region FSQA team on laboratory management continuous improvement, capability development programs;
Raw Milk Quality (for Dairy only):
* Build and sustain Raw milk quality via collaborative development and timely changes of raw milk quality specification parameters;
* Ensure testing accuracy by development & implementation of Dairy calibration program FTIR analyzers (РарMAM);
* Deep interaction as SME (subject matter expert) with the Raw Milk Department: analysis of contracts, investigation and problem solving in the incoming control, improvements with suppliers of raw milk on quality and food safety issues;
* Ensure Raw Mlk Suppliers capability development via trainings development and providing, participation as Quality SME in Club of supplies, organization of webinars & meetings held to improve interaction with the strategic supplier to reduce issues and raw milk non-conformances;
SME in Quality control methods and Аnalytical compliance:
* Identify current and future industry standards and best practices providing leadership and consistency in Quality Systems in SPO1 RUBCCA sites;
* Interact, benchmark and provide expertise in Dairy Tech Committee ТC 470, Roskachestvo, regulatory inspections, Scientific and inductry institutes;
* Provide PepsiCo and Legislation Quality Control requirements for raw materials \ ingredients specifications development, control schemes for raw milk, finished products to ensure safe, stable and legal products, interacting with Legal, CORA;
* Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure implementation of Client's requirements \ standards (Halal, Kosher, export);
* Lead the processes of QCFS compliance and product excellence on market: Global 3C Program, Stability Index progra, Product Excellence: MPM в BU Dairy, CQA & BEL (Best Ever Lays) for Snacks.
* a. analysis of results and trends, reporting, continuous improvement planning and implementation;
* b. leading cross-functional teams (plant, QCFS, R&D, MOS, Mkt, etc.) for root cause analyses of non-conformities, developing corrective actions to improve product quality, assessing their effectiveness;
- Quality and Food safety Systems (GFSI) implementation, standardization, sustain and performance management: Leading and development of Quality Management systems strategy for SPO1 RUBCCA PepsiCo and collaboration to harmonize all such systems with other functions including R&D FSQA, EHS, etc.;
* Manage adaptation, implementation and compliance of PepsiCo QFS policy, standards and requirements in area of product monitoring. Требования:

* High level qualification ideally in Management / Food Science & Technology / chemistry/micro-biology, Minimum degree level - preferably higher level post graduate qualification;
* Business experience more than 5 years in Food/Bev/dairy industry in Quality and/or Operations functions;
* High degree of functional competency, technical understanding and development of business process;
* Business experience in compiling data and strong analytical skills in the ability to interpret complex data and distil into useful and actionable information;
* Strong leadership skills with extensive hands-on experience;
* Excellent project management and interpersonal skills - Effective communication & how to influence people and gain support;
* Must be willing to travel frequently;
* Self-starter, self-motivating - very high drive for results and able to deal with uncertainty and complexity;
* Good presentation skills and ability to work within set targets and time frames;
