Your 'day to day'
As Brand Manager for combustibles category (CC), you will drive performance of PMI cigarette brands through development and implementation of holistic portfolio strategy that addresses consumer needs and local market dynamics. You will develop compelling brand propositions and sustain their equity, lead preparation and execution of commercial plans in order to ensure competitive superiority.

* Identifying the category growth opportunities through analysis of consumer needs and major market trends. Contributing to preparation of CC portfolio strategy and long-term plans.
* Developing brand communication campaigns from the initial idea to the in-market implementation. Adapting global and creating local toolboxes. Developing and implementing consumer & trade engagement programs leveraging on both digital and offline channels.
* Leading cross functional teams in order to prepare brand launch plans and ensure excellence of execution. Evaluating major campaigns and proposing improvements.
* Leading commercialization of new products through stage/gate process. Creating high quality business cases. Ensuring effective collaboration and coordination with local, global and regional functions: marketing, communications, product and packaging development, consumer insights.
* Driving collaboration with marketing agencies in order to prepare genuine brand toolboxes and ensure efficient transcreation of global assets.
* Budget management. Tracking the impact of brand investments by measuring against KPIs.

Who we're looking for
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Marketing, Economics, BA, Psychology or Engineering.
* 3+ years in Brand/Portfolio management role, with proven performance.
* Exposure to a multinational environment, preferably within FMCG company.
* Strong teamwork mindset with high cognitive acuity and achievement orientation.
* Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
* Experience in consumer insights generation and translating insights into action.
* Proficiency in English and the local language.
