Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer for Hospital Patient Monitoring, you will be a vital part of our Swedish service organization for Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM). Your main focus will be on supporting our systems within whole Sweden with main focus on Stockholm area.

Your role:
* Executing service activities such as regular preventative maintenance, emergency service, occasionally installations and in-house repair our facilities in Stockholm according to the relevant Philips' quality standard policies
* Responsible for completeness and accuracy of service records with particular attention to test & verification results
* Timely and accurate submission of service data, job sheets, field problem reports and other relevant administrative tasks as assigned
* Report customer feedback and follow-up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.
* Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.
* Keep an open and attentive eye out for business opportunities that will contribute to both customer satisfaction and gross margin.

You're the right fit if you have:
* Relevant educational background within medical/electrical engineering - or similar
* 1-3 years of relevant experience within field service within a hospital environment
* Good at identifying and maintaining customer relationships and related contacts
* Independent and service-minded with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
* Fluent communication skills in both in English and Swedish is a must
* Valid class B driving license with a willingness to travel
