YOUR CHALLENGE

* Responsible for the design, further development and optimisation of the global Unfied Communication services (Cisco Jabber, Webex, Video Conferencing, Vbrick)
* Technical lead for UC related topics within projects
* 3rd level support for UC related incidents
* Responsible for technical and end-user documentation

YOUR PROFILE

* Self-driven, efficient and exact working methods
* Higher technical education (HF, TS, FH, Uni)
* Profound knowledge in the area of Unfied Communication solutions
* German and English (oral and written)
