Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrode Production Specialist to join our Customer Care team within our global excellence center for P&D in Dübendorf, Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will primarily focus on electrode manufacturing while contributing to customer support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute electrode manufacturing processes, including electroplating, membrane cutting, and electrode set assembly
* Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process
* Manage warehouse inventory of electrode components and finished products
* Document production procedures and maintain accurate records
* Package and prepare electrode sets for shipment
* Support service activities of key projects as needed
* Participate in troubleshooting of ozone generatorsh

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
* Technical education or equivalent experience in manufacturing/production
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Experience with precise manual work and assembly
* Inventory management experience
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* English and German language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with electroplating processes
* Background in technical customer support
* Experience with documentation and SOPs
