Team RDM (Reference Data Management) is looking for an experienced Lead Full-stack Developer to pick up the technical lead role in the team and help us build and run a useful in-house reference data tool that makes every day finance simpler for our colleagues.
Your impact at NN
As a Lead Full-stack Developer in the RDM team, you will be responsible for both the front-end and back-end of the application. You will contribute to improving existing functionality and participate in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining new features.
As a Technical Lead you will make sure that the standards of code writing are followed, the unit test coverage is more than 70%, the technical debt is picked up in every sprint, every item is ready for the sprint following the definition of Ready, creates the runbook for every release, creates the release branch and gathers the release documentation, guides the team in finding the solution for the business problems, checks the impact analysis
What are the tasks you will perform
* Translate business requirements into functional, production-ready software.
* Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing functionality and performance.
* Collaborate with teammates to design new features and evolve our architecture.
* Lead by example through high-quality code and mentor junior/senior developers via constructive code reviews.
* Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
* Use and enhance Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deploys.
* Follow security standards and engineering best practices throughout the SDLC.
* Contribute to app infrastructure and keep documentation clear and current.
* Closely collaborate with the Product Owner and act as a bridge between the PO and the technical team
What we expect from you
* Solid full-stack experience with TypeScript & React on the front end and C#/.NET on the back end.
* Experience with the testing libraries of REACT (eg. Jest)
* Hands-on experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
* Solid experience with SQL
* Must have good software architectural knowledge
* Comfort working in Agile teams and communicating clearly in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability and willingness to learn the NN standards and actively participate in the Engineering Guild
* Ability and willingness to act as a mentor for the colleagues in the team

Usually, the selection process consists of two rounds. The first one takes place with the team lead and recruiter, where we discuss details about the position, the team, and your experience. If it goes well, there will be a second round with NL stakeholders, and this round is more technical. If everyone is satisfied at the end and it all fits, that's it - you can expect an offer! :)
