Job Description

If you are passionate about clinical outcome for better patient diagnostic in Poland using software solutions like post-processing tools together with AI, PACS applications and others, then this is the position for you.

Your role:

* Identify and prospect opportunities for new customer
* Define and execute account strategies across a range of customer accounts, including conducting market and competitor research.
* Drive effective funnel management to achieve sales targets and align with Philips business objectives.
* Collaborate with and engage Specialists and Business Unit leaders during key stages of the sales process.
* Establish meaningful partnerships with customers and maintain strong relationships.
* Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms

You're the right fit if:

* University degree
* Proven track record of creating and executing account plans to achieve sales objectives and deliver commercial targets.
* In-depth experience selling Healthcare products in a clinical environment and/or strong knowledge of the hospital ecosystem.
* Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities for escalation or acceleration to deliver results.
* Strong customer orientation with a history of cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
* Ability to leverage specialist knowledge and product resources to develop tailored customer offerings.
* Resilient sales mindset with adaptability in a dynamic customer environment.
* Ability to work with clients around Poland

Preferred Knowledge:
* Familiarity with solutions in digital pathology, cardiology, and radiology.
