About the Team

Responsibilities

* Forecasting staffing and scheduling workforce
* Working on headcount planning and making strategic decisions
* Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the operations of interest and sharing them with relevant individuals
* Engaging in monitoring activities
* Understanding and interpreting workforce management KPI's
* Analyze and interpret call center metrics

Expected Qualifications

* Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience in workforce management and monitoring operations
* Bachelor's degree preferably in related fields
* Excellent Communication Skills in both Turkish and English
* Strong analytical skills understanding complex reporting, data transformations from multiple sources and tracking of KPIs
* Having strong communication skills and being a good team player.
* Excellent command of MS Office applications
