Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Innovation Projects Executive" Take this opportunity to GROW together!

Be responsible from the following requirements:

* Creates and follows up on product barcodes for each category, ensuring full compliance with GS1 standards.
* Ensures that private label pack designs created by customers go through the internal approval process and that all required revisions are completed in line with internal procedures; leads the process end to end.
* Prepares SATs for private label printers and obtains customer approval for pre-press designs.
* Creates PAF forms, SKU material codes, and workflows by collecting inputs from cross-functional project teams.
* Leads the pre-production SAP test process related to master data in collaboration with relevant functions.
* Ensures on-time delivery of activities through close collaboration with project team members.
* Ensures data quality and right-first-time execution in projects, particularly related to new product master data.
* Drives continuous improvement and efficiency of tools and systems within own scope of responsibility.
* Coordinates and communicates project-related changes (e.g., logistics information, barcodes) to relevant functions to ensure flawless product change management.

* Have a bachelor’s degree of Engineering, preferably Industrial or Food Engineering.
* Have around 1-2 years of working experience in FMCG.
* Have advanced English skills in speaking and writing.
* Have good presentation, effective communication, and negotiation skills.
* Open to challenges and able to overcome obstacles by coordinating the project team.
