Job Description

* Conducts familiarization trips, house tours to potential clients
* Implements all policies, procedures of the hotel
* Handles all related tasks of the file which was handed over by Convention Sales team from handover date till group check out
* Assists the operational departments with a smooth flow of information received from client and makes sure the operation is a success
* Issues necessary amendment files promptly in order to notify operations departments when there is a change in the BEO
* Participates final billing process with accounting and front desk and makes sure that guest is charged correctly according to contract, BEOs and amendments
* Conducts post-event interview with the guest and gets feedback about their event at the hotel

Qualifications

* University Graduate (Tourism Management will be preferred)
* Internship or similar experience in 5* international business hotels would be an asset
* English (ability to interact and deal with foreign guests, agency representatives)
* Able to work in flexible hours
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
* Highly responsible & reliable
