The Warehouse and Transportation Operations Leader is responsible to ensure that the Warehouses and Transportation Systems within their area of responsibility have the capacity and capability to receive, store, pick, and ship Finished Products, while meeting all internal P&G and external Customer requirements for Service, Cost, Cash and Stewardship.

Responsibilities:
· Leads the line 3PL warehouse organization and acts as 3PL Governance Leader
· Accountable for ensuring Distribution system meets or exceeds the needs of the Business Units and Customers, through effective use of measures, gap analyses, action plan development and execution
· Must ensure that all areas of Physical Distribution within their control have the right level of capability and resources, technology, skills, and financial support
· Leads a line organization responsible for transportation execution performance and cost for a specific area lane, ensuring the transportation capacity plan is in place to support shipment volume for customers
· Leads capability development efforts in team members to enable them to achieve their objectives; eliminates barriers to progress
· Supports the Transportation management tools and systems implementation to provide sufficient control, reporting, tracking and gap analysis to achieve and sustain breakthrough results in freight cost and service

Job Qualifications
· Higher education (Bachelor / Specialist / Master's degree);
· Previous experience in Supply Chain, ideally in Transportation and/or Warehousing;
· Experience of leading the team would be a great asset;
· Upper-intermediate or advanced language skills in English and Ukrainian;
· Excellent MS Office Package skills (especially MS Excel);
· Collaboration and leadership skills, able to empower and influence;
· Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
· Consumer-centric attitude, ability to think big;
· Analytical skills: able to handle and draw conclusions from complex data
