The Opportunity
This position works out of our Kyiv, Ukraine location in the EPD Division.
As the Junior supply chain specialist you'll be coordinate and consolidate supply chain information.

What You'll Do
* Weekly Sales collecting&reporting
* Billing report (SAP) preparation
* SAP+PRIME (Integrated Business Planning system) reporting
* Monthly data collection from CIS countries, consolidation of reporting on sales accruals, submission for posting in SAP, maintenance of sales accruals balance, providing information upon request from Finance ​
* CIS price list database maintenance
* Trade actions & bonuses/discount check for CIS countries
* Distribution Agreements and Annexes database + audit requests + PV requests
* Commercial Terms database maintenance + ad hoc reports
* 3rd Party Due Diligence monitoring

Required Qualifications
* Higher education.
* Willingness to learn and develop in logistics.
* Attention to details.
* Ability to work with large data sets.
* English - intermediate, Russian, Ukrainian - fluent
* Good Excel skills. SAP experience will be an advantage.
