Job Description

You will join our Oversight & Controls team, which is looking for an Oversight & Controls Officer, for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
The team, within COO CIB, is responsible for managing the first-level control framework of CIB and maintaining the operational readiness of CIB's business continuity plan (BCP).
You will be involved in the following activities:
* Study and implementation of automation/digitalization and AI Use Cases aimed at making the team's recurring tasks more efficient:
* Organization and execution of BCP tests and maintaining the operational readiness of the framework.
* Activities related to CIB's Level 1 controls (1.1 and 1.2):
* Automation of follow-ups.
* Activities for supervision frameworks:
* Automatic generation of documents (KPI calculation) for various committees/governance bodies;
* Implementation of a new tool for CPN1.1 (Level 1.1 Controls).
This will be an opportunity for you to discover the banking environment of Natixis CIB, its control framework, and its business continuity framework, with an international dimension.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main missions will be:
* Collaborate with technical and business teams to define needs and functional specifications;
* Participate in the development and implementation of applications using modern technologies (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and/or existing software and platforms);
* Conduct tests and validations to ensure application quality and reliability."

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at a BAC+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in crisis management, business continuity, or internal control. You possess good knowledge of process automation techniques and data processing: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, Power BI, as well as programming techniques in PowerShell, Python, and Perl. You are interested in the financial sector, particularly in topics related to First-Level Controls and business resumption (DRP - Disaster Recovery Plan). And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
