Role overview

We are looking for a product definition analyst with an interest in process improvement to join our team. You'll contribute to the analysis, modelling, and enhancement of business processes. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable specifications and work closely with technical and product teams to deliver effective solutions aligned with our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

* Understand and document business requirements from various stakeholders

* Create accessible and detailed functional specifications for development and product teams

* Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and operations teams to ensure solution alignment

* Support the enhancement of existing business processes

* Participate in workshops, functional testing, and validation of deliverables

About the ideal candidate

* You are pursuing a Master's degree in business, management, or engineering, or equivalent experience

* Good proficiency in English

* Interest in business analysis and process improvement

* Problem-solving mindset and collaborative working style

* Comfortable working in a multicultural environment

*Apprenticeships are 1- to 3-year contracts where students alternate between academic courses at their school/university and hands-on professional experience within the company.
