Job Description

You will join our Global Markets Business Manager team, which is looking for a Junior Business Manager for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
Business Management is a Front Office team responsible for overseeing business initiatives, particularly business development projects and performance monitoring. Within Global Markets, Business Management is the primary point of contact for all of the bank's Support and Control Functions.
You will work in an international environment, within a community of experts that places excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything it does.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Support Business Managers in their daily tasks; Work with Traders, Salespeople, and Engineers;
* Produce high-quality deliverables (presentations, procedures, analyses);
* Be proactive and show initiative for continuous improvement of existing processes;
* Liaise with the Operational Risks department and follow up on the implementation of recommendations.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at Bac+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance and Banking.
You have a good command of Microsoft Office Suite.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good ability to listen.
You are motivated and curious, independent, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
