Description of the mission
Reporting to the Investment Planning & Controlling (IPC) team within the Finance Department, you will support the team in the financial monitoring and reporting of real estate investment structures.
* Preparation and review of financial performance reports (NAV, equity bridge, cash flows) for internal management and investors
* Support in budgeting, forecasting and business plan updates for real estate SPVs
* Analysis of variances between actuals and budgets (KPIs, performance drivers)
* Contribution to controlling tools, templates and reporting processes
* Support on ad-hoc analyses related to asset disposals, dividends, capital movements and impairment tests
* Interaction with internal stakeholders (asset management, accounting, tax) and external service providers

Profil / Compétences

* Master's degree student (University, Business or Engineering School) with a specialization in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
* Looking for a 12-24 month apprenticeship
* Strong interest in real estate finance and investment structures
* Solid fundamentals in finance and accounting
* Comfortable working with financial models and large datasets
* Fluent in written and spoken English (French is a plus)
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Rigorous, structured, proactive, able to work with tight deadlines
